GeauxCounsel was built from the ground up as a safe, quick, and affordable way for attorneys to obtain automated legal forms — and it's for Louisiana attorneys only.
When our founder searched for automated estate-planning forms that fully complied with the peculiarities of Louisiana law, none existed. So — in the “do more with less” days of COVID-19 — he built an automated document platform for his own high-volume estate and business practice. That platform became GeauxCounsel.
Our mission is peace of mind: Members deliver advanced, attorney-prepared documents to clients who want concierge service — and refer those who can't afford it to affordable, reliable online forms.

GeauxCounsel maintains an affiliated site — GeauxPlans.com — for safe, reliable online estate and business planning in Louisiana. Invalid or defective documents from non-Louisiana sources are a prolific problem; GeauxPlans.com is the solution.
Not everyone can afford attorney-prepared documents. When that happens in your practice, GeauxCounsel Members can refer those clients to GeauxPlans.com and receive a referral fee — which alone may cover the cost of a membership.
Think of GeauxPlans like solar panels for your law practice: you get paid when you feed back into the grid. Members can also upgrade a client's GeauxPlan to an attorney-prepared plan — affiliated law firms are limited to GeauxCounsel Members.
