Successions are a natural compliment to an estate planning practice. This library contains all necessary documents to handle successions with and without administration, including small succession affidavits, renunciations, and special petitions to sell assets and pay estate debts. GeauxCounsel's forms were developed organically from the ground up by a Louisiana attorney who is a specialist in both Estate Planning & Administration, and Tax Law (certified by the Louisiana State Board of Specialization).
